GiftSecrets Pro value proposition

GiftSecrets Pro costs €4.98 per year and includes unlimited product searches and AI deal lookups, the ability to create and host Group Pots with Stripe payouts, unlimited wishlists and registry management, and real-time price drop alerts.

Pro subscriptions are billed exclusively through native app-store in-app purchases: Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei IAP, and Samsung Galaxy Store. The applicable store controls billing, renewals, refunds, and subscription management. GiftSecrets does not use Stripe Connect for Pro subscriptions.

Group Pots and payout logic

Contributions to Group Pots are collected and securely held via Stripe until the designated organizer requests a payout. A transparent platform service fee of 0.75% is applied to the total collected amount upon payout to cover platform operations and payment processing. Group Pots may support global shipping destinations and contributions in multiple currencies, subject to provider availability and applicable conversion rates.

Referrals and loyalty bonus

Users who maintain an active local session for 30+ days and share their referral link receive a recurring loyalty bonus of +5 free AI searches. Rewards carry no cash value.

Free and Guest mode

Free and Guest users can perform up to 3 product searches per month, view shared wishlists, reserve or check off gifts, and contribute to existing Group Pots at no cost. They cannot create new Group Pots or save unlimited wishlists. After 3 product searches in a calendar month, further searches require GiftSecrets Pro. The search allowance resets at the start of the next calendar month.
